I have much pleasure in informing members that Her Excellency Ms Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, the Deputy President of the Republic of South Africa, is within the precincts of this Chamber. I am sure that members would wish that she be welcomed and accorded a seat on the left of the Chair.

Ms Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, accompanied by the Minister of Customs, entered the Chamber and took a seat on the left of the Chair.
