🗣️ Speech Hon Sir Michael Cullen (New Zealand Labour Party — List Member)
Time unknown

I move, That urgency be accorded the introduction and passing of the Appropriation (Parliamentary Expenditure Validation) Bill. This motion is moved in order that the House may address as quickly as possible the uncertainty around the legal status of past and current appropriations, and it will also give the chance for the House to debate the Auditor-General’s report.
