I seek leave for the Clerk of the House of Representatives and other officers of the House to have leave to attend before the Employment Court at Wellington and, subject to article 9 of section 1 of the Bill of Rights 1688, to give evidence in the action Alan Witcombe v Clerk of the House of Representatives (No: WRC12/06).
