Points of Order — Members’ Names—Incorrect Referral

Time unknown
I raise a point of order, Madam Speaker. Yesterday you referred to one of my colleagues as “Phil Connelly” when in fact his name is Brian Connell. He has been a member of this House since 2002. Similarly, last week you referred to the former high-profile Mayor of Wellington as “Max Blumsky” when his name is Mark Blumsky. Both members have taken offence.
💬 Madam SPEAKER: Obviously I apologise to those members.
