Personal Explanations — Ingram Report—Statement
I seek the leave of the House to make a personal explanation under Standing Order 350.

I raise a point of order, Madam Speaker. I point out that this a man who has apparently done nothing—apart from a bit of bad judgment—

It is in relation to the Ingram report.

I raise a point of order, Madam Speaker. I think it is only fair that we point out that given the House was not prepared to have a debate on matters relating to this inquiry in the whole, there can surely be no justification for one member to want to get up and make a statement on this particular issue.
