I have much pleasure in informing members that the Hon Philip Ruddock, Attorney-General of Australia, is within the precincts of this Chamber. I am sure that members would wish that he be welcomed and accorded a seat on the left of the Chair. I am sure that members would also welcome his accompanying delegation, present in the gallery.
