I seek leave for the Finance and Expenditure Committee, in its consideration of the Taxation (Annual Rates and Urgent Measures) Bill, to have the authority to consider, and if it thinks fit, adopt the amendments set out on Supplementary Order Paper 1. Those relate to the wine equalisation tax rebate.
