I have much pleasure in informing members that Mr Francisco Javier Rojo, Speaker of the Senate of the Parliament of Spain, is within the precincts of this Chamber. I am sure that members would wish that he be welcomed and accorded a seat on the left of the Chair.

Francisco Javier Rojo, accompanied by the Deputy Speaker, entered the Chamber and took a seat on the left of the Chair.

I also wish to welcome members of his delegation who are present in the gallery.
