I have much pleasure in informing members that Mr Conor Lenihan TD, Minister of State from the Republic of Ireland, is within the precincts of this Chamber. I am sure that members would wish that he be welcomed and accorded a seat on the left of the Chair.

Mr Conor Lenihan, accompanied by the Minister of Communications, entered the Chamber and took a seat on the left of the Chair.
