The question is that the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms (Approvals and Enforcement) Amendment Bill be referred to the Education and Science Committee for consideration and that the committee finally report the bill to the House by 3 June 2005, since when an amendment has been moved by the Hon Nick Smith to omit the words “and that the committee finally report the bill to the House by 3 June 2005”.
