I have much pleasure in informing the House that His Excellency Mr Göran Persson, Prime Minister of Sweden, is within the precincts of this Chamber. I am sure that members would wish that he be welcomed and accorded a seat on the left of the Chair. We also wish to welcome members of his delegation who are present in the gallery.

His Excellency Mr Göran Persson, accompanied by the Prime Minister, entered the Chamber and took a seat on the left of the Chair.
