I have received a letter from Ron Mark seeking to debate under Standing Order 373 a report from the State Services Commissioner on the Department of Corrections emergency response unit. The report was said to have been released on 16 December 2004, but the member has not submitted any authenticating material with his application. In these circumstances it cannot be considered for debate—see Speaker’s ruling 150/3. The application is declined.
