Points of Order — Apology—Withdrawal of Comment

I raise a point of order, Mr Speaker. I have just become aware of a discussion that occurred at half-past 7, whereby a remark I made prior to the dinner break offended Nandor Tanczos. On that basis, I wish to withdraw and apologise if that remark caused offence.
