A new schedule 2 has been proposed by Rod Donald, as set out on Supplementary Order Paper 295 in his name. That amendment is inconsistent with the decision of the Committee on Part 1, which confirmed the rates of taxation set out in schedule 1 of the Income Tax Act 1994. The amendment is therefore out of order.
