I have much pleasure in informing members that participants in the Parliamentarians for Global Action’s 26th Annual Forum and Consultative Assembly on the International Criminal Court and the Rule of Law are within the precincts of this Chamber. There are over 130 members of Parliament from 60 countries attending and I am sure that members would wish they be welcomed.
