Care of Children Bill
There has been some discussion between the parties, and I understand that there is agreement on the procedure to be followed. I therefore seek leave for the questions on the amendments to Part 2 of the Care of Children Bill set out on Supplementary Order Papers 292, 293, and 294 be taken in the following order, before any other amendments to the provisions proposed to be amended, each with a personal vote: firstly, the amendment to clause 37 set out on Supplementary Order Paper 294 in the name of Murray Smith, secondly, the amendments to clause 35 and new clause 37A set out on Supplementary Order Paper 292 in the name of Judith Collins, and thirdly, new clause 37B set out on Supplementary Order Paper 293 in the name of Judith Collins. I understand that if those amendments fail, there is a further amendment moved by Mr Dail Jones that should also be taken as a personal vote.
π¬ Mr SPEAKER: Is there any objection to that course being followed? There appears to be none.
