Mr SPEAKER
Time unknown
I have received a letter from Katherine Rich seeking to debate under Standing Order 373 the decision by the Government to change the way its community employment assistance is delivered. This decision is a case of recent occurrence involving ministerial responsibility, however I do not consider that it requires a special debate to be held upon it this afternoon. The implications of the new arrangements can be explored through normal parliamentary opportunities. The application is declined.
