🗣️ Speech Mr SPEAKER
Time unknown

I have received a letter from Bernie Ogilvy seeking to debate under Standing Order 373 the release of a report into how schools manage their finances. This is a particular case of recent occurrence involving ministerial responsibility, but I do not consider that it requires the immediate attention of the House by way of an urgent debate. There will be many parliamentary opportunities to examine the report’s significance. The application is therefore declined.
