Business Statement
Time unknown
Next week in the House, priority will be given to the completion of the remaining stages of the Building Bill, the Education (Export Education Levy) Amendment Bill, and the Electricity and Gas Industries Bill.
Time unknown
Having noticed the extraordinarily large number of second readings and Committee stages on the Order Paper, and having seen the number of bills at select committees that are due back in the House very, very shortly, I ask whether he expects that in the next 3-week block of Parliament there will be extended hours so that the Government might advance its business.
Time unknown
At the moment I regard the Order Paper as manageable, but I am always open to offers for extended hours.
