When the House was in Committee on the Parole (Extended Supervision) and Sentencing Amendment Bill, the result of the vote on Marc Alexander’s proposed amendment to clause 10 to omit and substitute proposed section 107A(b) was incorrectly announced. The correct result is Ayes 35, Noes 84.
