Honourable members, first, I have much pleasure in informing you that His Excellency Mr Nguyen Van An, President of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, is within the precincts of the Chamber. I am sure that members would wish he be welcomed and accorded a seat on the left of the Chair, and that the House would also welcome the members of the delegation in the gallery.

His Excellency Mr Nguyen Van An, accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, entered the Chamber and took a seat on the left of the Chair.
