Points of Order — Lobby Doors—Ringing of the Bell

I raise a point of order, Mr Speaker. During the ringing of the bells for the vote that we have just had, the magnetic locks on the door into the lobbies were engaged. My understanding, when we installed those magnetic locks, was that during the ringing of the bells the locks would not be applied. Could we have that point clarified, please?
