The answer I gave to a supplementary question from Gerry Brownlee to oral question No. 4 today was incorrect. The foreshore and seabed legislation has been mentioned in documents and discussions on aquacultural reform on a limited number of occasions, predominantly in the context of ensuring the separation of the operation of the two pieces of legislation. I apologise to the House for that error.
