I have very much pleasure in informing members that Mr Taro Kono, member of the Japanese Diet and Prime Minister’s Fellow for 2004, is within the precincts of this Chamber. I am sure members would wish he be welcomed and accorded a seat on the left of the Chair.
Mr Taro Kono, accompanied by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, entered the Chamber and took a seat on the left of the Chair.
