Amended answers to Oral Questions β Question No. 12 to Minister, 18 May
Time unknown
On Tuesday, 18 May, in response to a supplementary question from Jeanette Fitzsimons, I stated that I had been ββ¦ advised that autopsies of the sheep were carried out.β, in relation to the sheep that had been destroyed at the completion of the Whakamaru field test. I have now been advised that the information given to me was incorrect. I am now advised that autopsies were systematically carried out on sheep as part of the trial, but only prior to the conclusion of the trial, and not on the destroyed sheep. I apologise to the House for any wrong impression that my answer may have caused.
