Business Statement
Time unknown
Next week in the House the Government will seek to make progress on the Visiting Forces Bill, the Mercenary Activities (Prohibition) Bill, the Secondhand Dealers and Pawnbrokers Bill, and the Border Security Bill. Wednesday, of course, is members’ day.
Time unknown
Recalling a bold headline of a couple of weeks ago, I ask the Minister to indicate when the Civil Union Bill might be brought before the House.
Time unknown
I expect the bill to be tabled within the next few weeks.
