I move, That it be an instruction to the Committee of the whole House on the Police Complaints Authority (Commission of Inquiry into Police Conduct) Amendment Bill that it take the bill part by part.

Mr Speaker, may I explain? I had spoken to the whips to try to get acceptance that it be taken as a single question, but I have been told by one party that it will not grant leave for that to happen.
