, on behalf of the Minister of Commerce: I move, That it be an instruction to the Committee of the whole House on the Business Law Reform Bill that it take the bill part by part.

Pursuant to a unanimous decision of the Business Committee today, I seek leave for the bills divided out of the Business Law Reform Bill to be read a third time, immediately following the Committee stage.
