I have much pleasure in informing members that Mr Liam Aylward TD, Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture and Food, Ireland, with responsibility for Animal Health and Customer Services, is within the precincts of this Chamber. I am sure that members would wish that he be welcomed and accorded a seat on the left of the Chair.
