Points of Order — Question No. 3 to Minister—Comment
I raise a point of order, Mr Speaker. I want to share with the House a slight dilemma that I have. I heard your comment, after I left the Chamber, that you did not hear me making a particular comment. I have checked with the junior Government whip. I have listened to the tape, which has a number of my interjections quite clearly on it, but not the one complained of. My problem is that it is the view of both Mr English and Dr Cullen that I made a remark. I have no recollection of that; if I did, I withdraw and apologise. I think it is also worth saying that I was probably unfair on Mr English in some of my comments and I apologise for that, too.
💬 Mr SPEAKER: I thank the member, and there that matter rests.
