Time unknown

I raise a point of order, Mr Chairperson. I am interested in the new Standing Orders. Have they been circulated? I am hearing this for the first time. I am not disputing anything. I am just interested to know the number of the Standing Order. Can you refer the number to me?

The CHAIRPERSON (H V Ross Robertson): I am more than happy to. It is Standing Order 296. The new Standing Orders have been available for a little while.
