, on behalf of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade: I seek leave for the Committee of the whole House, in its consideration of the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Amendment Bill, to have authority to consider and, if it thinks fit, to adopt the amendments set out on Supplementary Order Paper 190.
