Time unknown

I seek leave that the proceedings of the House be suspended before item No. 5 on today’s Order Paper—should that item on the Order Paper be reached tonight—and that the House be resumed at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, when it may debate the Government’s announcement tomorrow on the foreshore and seabed issue. In effect, that would be a 2-hour timed debate, as required.

💬 Mr SPEAKER: Leave is sought for that. Is there any objection? There is objection.
