I am just going to practise my Government speeches for 2005. I commend this legislation to the Committee. Part 3 is well-thought-through and very sensible.

The question was put that the amendments set out on Supplementary Order Paper 170 in the name of the Hon Dr Michael Cullen to Part 3 be agreed to.
