Time unknown

On 19 September 2003 I addressed this House about the World Trade Organization meeting at Cancun. I made certain allegations about reports of Professor Jane Kelsey that were cited from this House. My comments about Professor Kelsey were incorrect. I accept that Professor Kelsey was present at the meeting’s press centre each day, and that she attended various briefings and press conferences throughout the Cancun meeting. I also accept that Professor Kelsey’s reports were based on substantive information and that she did not make them up. I regret the incorrect comments.
