Speaker’s Rulings — Order of Calls

Before I carry on I can say that as a result of a Business Committee determination I have now ruled as Speaker the order in which I am calling first, second, and third reading debates, and that is at the table here. However, let me say that if a person does not take his or her call, then another party can get the call.
