🗣️ Speech Mr SPEAKER
Time unknown

When I was ruling earlier tonight I called Dr Cullen for a point of order, thinking that he had raised one. When Mr Brownlee protested. I said that Dr Cullen had raised a point of order, and explained expressly. I thought he had done so. I am now aware he did not say “point of order”. I was in error in my assumption that he had said so, and I apologise to Mr Brownlee for not calling him at that time.
