I have received a letter from the Hon Ken Shirley seeking to debate under Standing Order 376 the report of the Land Access Ministerial Reference Group. The release of the report is a particular case of recent occurrence involving ministerial responsibility, but I cannot agree that a report that has been issued for consultation over the next few months requires attention by way of urgent debate. The application is declined.
