Prostitution Reform Bill

I would just like to make a comment to all members of the House. It is a very difficult job when there are just 12 members who can be called, even if some members want to split their speeches. I intend to call one member from each party in order of size in the House, and the remaining calls will go to the larger parties. I can think of no better or fairer way to do it, and that is the practice I will adopt.
