I raise a point of order, Mr Speaker. It is my understanding that an urgent question was lodged by the National Party.

πŸ’¬ Mr SPEAKER: It has been ruled out as an urgent question. That is the end of the matter.

I raise a point of order, Mr Speaker. I ask for some clarity for the future. The first point is that this decision was brought down by the court at 12.30 today. Effectively, the court ruled that Māori do have a right to claim ownership of foreshores, etc.
