I regret to inform the House of the death on 28 May 2003 of the Hon Philip North Holloway CMG, who represented the electorate of Heretaunga from 1954 to 1960. He was Minister of Industries and Commerce from 1957 to 1960. I desire, on behalf of this House, to express our sense of the loss we have sustained and our sympathies with the relatives of the late former member. I now ask members to stand with me and observe a minute of silence as a mark of respect for his memory.
