I have much pleasure in informing members that His Excellency the Hon Mr Nguygen Dinh Bin, Deputy Foreign Minister of Vietnam, accompanied by the Minister for Trade Negotiations, is within the precincts of this Chamber. I am sure that members would wish that he be welcomed.
