I hereby present the Budget 2003 Speech, the Fiscal Strategy Report and Economic Fiscal Update (B.2) and (B.3), the Estimates of Appropriations for the Government of New Zealand for the year ending 30 June 2004 (B.5), and the Departmental Forecast Reports and Statements of Intent 2003/2004. I move, That those papers be published.
