I move, That extraordinary urgency be accorded the introduction and passing of the Customs and Excise (Alcoholic Beverages) Amendment Bill. This bill changes the excise duty rate on alcohol between 14 and 23 percent by alcohol content to deal with a youth drinking problem, and comes into force tonight so requires to be passed this evening.
