I seek leave for the time by which the Justice and Electoral Committee must finally report the Clean Slate Bill to be extended to 25 July 2003, and for the time by which the Education and Science Committee must finally report the financial review of the New Zealand Qualifications Authority to be extended to 21 May 2003.

I seek leave for Sue Kedgley to be a member of the Regulations Review Committee for the purposes of its consideration of the Animal Welfare Codes, and for Mike Ward to be a member of the Government Administration Committee for the purposes of its consideration of the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra Bill, but in each case without the right to vote on any question before the committee.
