Before I take the next speaker, I want to refer to a matter here. It is a correction to the vote, and I have to report to the House that in the Committee stage of this bill, on the question of the closure for Part 1, quite some time ago, the result was announced as Ayes 60, Noes 47. It should have been Ayes 60, Noes 57.
