πŸ—£οΈ Speech Paul Hutchison (New Zealand National Party β€” Member for Port Waikato)
Time unknown

In both Part 8, and the schedules, about which we are now talking, National has contributed considerably in advancing and progressing this part of the bill, but we still have not had from the Minister an explanation of why the PricewaterhouseCoopers report or the report of the racing industry working-group was not taken notice of. I hope that the Minister will, before we complete the reading of the schedules, take a small call and give us a logical explanation of why she has not taken notice of that very important report, and of the people who spent a lot of time compiling it.

The question was put that the amendments set out on Supplementary Order Papers 16 and 62 in the name of the Hon Mark Gosche to the schedules be agreed to.

Amendments agreed to, and schedules as amended agreed to.

Bill reported with amendment.

The House adjourned at 9.30 p.m.
