Points of Order β Debate on Iraq
I seek leave for the House to set aside time tomorrow for a debate on the situation in Iraq, and for that debate to take place immediately after question time.

I raise a point of order, Mr Speaker. I want to be clear here. There was a Business Committee meeting this afternoon. My understanding from Dr Cullen was that that would be a suitable motion. I wonder whether the Labour whips might want to discuss it.
The offer that was made at the Business Committee by the Leader of the House was that a debate on Iraq could take place after the debate on the Budget Policy Statement. That was declined by the member who is raising the point of order.
