Urgent Debates Declined — Rise in National Certificate of Educational Achievement Fees

I have received a letter from the Hon Brian Donnelly seeking to debate under Standing Order 376 a rise in NCEA fees. The member has not provided authentication with his application, and I decline it on that ground. I refer members to Speaker’s ruling 131/4 and my rulings in Hansard, Volume 585, at page 3768, and Volume 604, at page 1810.
